Q: How many people can the room occupy?
A: Majority of our rooms can sleep 3 people
Q: Do you have any family rooms?
A: Yes! Our Garden View rooms, Matthew Flinders Apartment & Baudin Unit are suitable for families of 4
Q: Do you have any rooms with a kitchen?
A: Yes! Our Matthew Flinders Apartment & Baudin Unit are fully self-contained with a kitchen
Q: Can I add an extra bed?
A: Sorry, no.
Q: Do you offer flexible check-in & check-out times?
A: We do our best to accommodate to all requests and are subjected to availability. Please check with our receptionist when you arrive.
Q: Do you have cots & what is the cost?
A: Yes we do and they are free of charge but subjected to availability.
Q: Do you allow pets in the motel?
A: Sorry, no unless it is an assistance dog.
Q: Do you have a self-laundry room?
A: We sure do! Our laundry facilities are coin operated and we provide complimentary detergent.
Q: Do I have to bring my own linen?
A: Of course not! Our rates are inclusive of all linen, towels & toiletries (shower gel, shampoo & conditioner)
Q: Can I cook in my room?
A: Apart from our Matthew Flinders Apartment & Baudin unit, cooking is strictly not allowed.
Q: What do you mean by Shared Bathroom for Guest House ?
A: Guest House rooms do not come with a ensuite. Toilet facilities are located down the hallway from your rooms (only 5 metres away).
Q: How far are you from the Penneshaw Ferry Terminal?
A: We are a 45 minutes drive from Penneshaw.
Q: What is the latest time I can check in?
A: We are open till 8:30PM daily, however if you cannot get to us in time or are on a later ferry, please call ahead to advise. There will always be someone here to greet you :)
Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes, parking spots are right outside your rooms & free!
Q: Are there any cafes & restaurant in the area?
A: Yes, we are located right on the corner of Dauncey street where all the dining places are. Please check ahead for opening hours as they may change during seasons or ask our receptionist when you get here!
Q: What if I do not have a Credit Card?
A: A valid credit card must be provided as guarantee at time of booking.
Q: How does payment work?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa and Cash. For all bookings we will hold the given credit card for 1 night rental as guarantee. Full payment is required upon check in.
Q: Am I allowed to shorten my stay after I've checked in?
A: If you have booked directly with us, guests can advise our receptionist by giving 24 hours in advance notice prior to 2:00pm to shorten the stay.
