Our Cancellation Policy:
- Individual/family bookings:
- For cancellations received more than 7 days before expected arrival, full refund.
- For cancellations received less than 7 days before expected arrival, we charge for one night's accommodation.
- For a no-show, we charge for the full amount of the booking.
- Changing your stay to another date will not attract cancellation fees.
- Group bookings:
