Kangaroo Island Seaview Motel and Guesthouse is found in Kingscote, the island's main commercial town. The town is very centrally located and day tripping out to various corners of the island is quite accessible from here. Most locals travel into Kingscote regularly for shopping, banking, post office and entertainment.
Kingscote is 45 minutes from Penneshaw, 30 minutes from Parndana, 1 hour to Flinders Chase.
Seaview spans the whole corner seafront block with access onto 3 streets, Chapman Tce, Drew St and Dauncey Street.
As well as being located on the foreshore of Kingscote, we are also conveniently situated only metres from the main shopping area and only a short walk from the jetty area where you will find the Penguin Centre, daily pelican feeding and nightly penguin tours. (You may even be able to hear penguin coo's from your room! )
The Kingscote Tidal Swimming Pool, directly across the road is open free to the public.
The pool provides safe swimming for all ages, protected by a rock barrier from the sea the pool a sandy beach entrance, shaded lawn areas, changerooms and free BBQ facilities.
