Seaview is ideally located on the seafront road, Chapman Terrace, and spans the block to the main shopping street, Dauncey Street. We are only 400 metres from the Kingscote jetty and even closer to most of the retail district.

Just across Chapman Terrace from Seaview is the town's large seawater swimming pool, and the penguins can often be heard calling to one another as they come ashore each evening from the day’s foraging in the sea.
